Return Policy
Jewellery & Makeup Products
- Return requests must be raised within 3 days of product delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- Earrings and hygiene-related products are non-returnable for safety reasons.
Customized / Printed Gift Items
(Example: Photo, Pillow, Printed Mug, Customized gifts)
Replacement will be provided only in case of damaged or wrong products.
These products are non-returnable and non-refundable as they are made specifically for the customer.
Damaged / Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Refund Process
Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer.
Shipping Cost
Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
In case of damaged or wrong products, shipping charges will be covered by Gurlee.in.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided if:
- Incorrect address or contact details are provided by the customer.
- Product is damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
- Return request is raised after the allowed return period.
